WCT7 USA is shaping up to be the most competitive season yet, with more teams gaining access to Quads and a brand-new national season structure. For the first time, American teams will have to qualify before reaching the national finals, making each chase even more intense.

Introducing the WCT7 USA Season

This year, World Chase Tag USA is teaming up with licensed facilities to host the national season:

The competition kicks off with two regional qualifiers:

  • West Coast Qualifier: April 26-27 at MVMNTM
  • East Coast Qualifier: May 3-4 at NYX Training Center

Each qualifier will feature up to eight teams competing in a round-robin format, ensuring that every team faces all their opponents. Only the top four teams from each region will advance to the national finals.

The Road to the National Championship

The best teams from both coasts will meet at the WCT7 USA Finals on July 12-13 at Dexterity Depot. At the end of this showdown, one team will be crowned WCT7 USA Champion. Additionally, the top three teams will secure their spot at WCT7 Worlds, where they’ll represent the USA on the global stage.

For the first time in the US, all matches from the WCT7 USA Finals will be broadcast live across all WCT social platforms. We’re also working closely with our partner gyms to bring full broadcast experiences to the qualifying rounds, so fans can follow the action from the very first chase.

Who Will Take the Crown?

Last season, APEX Moon dominated the open division, while Kunoichi claimed the women’s championship. With a tougher qualification path and more teams ready to compete, can they defend their titles?

Stay tuned for more details on competing teams and updates as we get closer to the season’s first chase!
