What an incredible year 2024 turned out to be for World Chase Tag®! Our global community reached new heights, highlighted by the sold-out Worlds event in a 2,000-seat venue—our largest capacity yet. Twenty-two teams from eleven countries took part, battling it out on the Quad in our first-ever world competition to be broadcast live, bringing the excitement of Chase Tag to a worldwide audience.
Throughout the year, we experimented with various formats—everything from 32-chase marathons to Best-of-3 showdowns. We also expanded our global footprint, welcoming new Quads and licensees in Sweden, the USA, and Brazil, among others. Each new location has already started growing its own community of enthusiastic players and fans, adding to our ever-evolving global Chase Tag family.
Looking Ahead to 2025
With 2024 now in the books, we’re thrilled to unveil our big plans for 2025. Here’s a glimpse of what’s in store:
1. Newsletter Relaunch
Our newsletter is coming back stronger than ever—your monthly (or bi-monthly) dose of all things Chase Tag. Sign up right on our homepage to stay in the loop on new events, athlete highlights, community spotlights, and more. Look out for the first edition soon!
2. E-Vadr Merch Store Reopening
Fresh gear, fresh vibes! The E-vadr merch store is reopening with brand-new items and some of your all-time favorites. Grab official WCT jerseys from WCT6 or sport our latest apparel to represent your love for Chase Tag wherever you go. 3. WCT Academy Youth League
We’re proud to introduce our very first WCT Academy Youth League in Europe, kicking off with live events in Toulouse, Evry-Courcouronnes, and Roubaix. This new league offers a professional environment for aspiring young athletes to hone their skills and compete on the big stage. We’ll be streaming all the action live, so you can tune in and watch the future of Chase Tag in real time.
4. Preparing for Major Events
- French Championship: We’re teaming up with our national partner RnK to bring you an unforgettable showdown of top-tier French teams.
- US Championship: In partnership with our licensed gyms across the United States, the US Championship promises a thrilling new wave of talent and competitive atmosphere.
- Worlds 2025: Mark your calendars for Q3–Q4 2025 in Evry-Courcouronnes, France. With the momentum from 2024’s success, we can’t wait to push the boundaries even further on the global stage.
5. Expanding Worldwide: New Gyms and Beyond
